Columbia South America was my favorite
Bahrain was fun also

I'm an air force loadmaster on C-5's so I don't really deploy.... But we pretty much go to the same places usually..... And when we break we are pretty much on vacation till the plane is fixed...
Been to:
Japan
Okinawa
Thailand
Mongolia
Spain
Italy
Germany
Chile
Iraq (every friggin mission)
Kuwait
hawaii
Korea
Alaska
Africa
There is probably a few more. Best thing about it is if the place sucks you ain't gotta stay... And we never make less than like 80 bucks a day.... 5 star hotels treated like rock stars everywhere we go..... makes it worth it to fly i guess..
I'd say out of those places the best places were Thailand, Chile, Hawaii, Italy, and Spain... Rota is pretty damn nice. Pattaya beach in thailand will open anyones eyes.... Santiago Chile was also a great place....

So far it is Pataya Beach, Thailand. That place is insane. Okinawa and Mt. Fuji were'nt too great. Missed out on our only weekend in Tokyo-I had duty on Saturday. Ljubljana isnt too bad right now and with the central European location, it might end up being better. We had our SAI right after I arrived so it was a month and a half of preparation for that and a week of bullshit. Just now getting to go around to all the bars

Anderson AFB Guam.. Warm, sunny and clear water that make you wanna scubba everyday.. No baby wipes needed like iraq.. It was the only place I have ever been drunk, at 8am on a golf course. Seemed to be cheap too, Iceland sucks *****. #0 bucks for a pizza and 8-10 for a beer..

well, i thought balad, bagdad and a few other places in iraq where nice, great people always friendly. offer help via roadside assisatnce programs.
and can they throw a party. i mean, all the bullets you can shoot and no questions asked.
its a dry county, but the black market can get ya anything you want too.
the sandy beach like surroundings, warm summer days and nights make for un eventfull walks. even with the touch of sandy grit in your teeth and butt crack. hey, its a dry heat too.
