I'm moving to Norfolk, VA at the end of next month and was wondering if the base requires a smog in order to get a sticker. I was in San Diego for 2 years and they required your car to get a smog test before you could get a decal. If Norfolk requires it I'm screwed...will have to buy a beater daily driver if that's the case.

Going to USS George Washington (Reactor Department) which I hear they will be underway for a while starting right when I get there in April...oh well. I've already done a couple deployments so sea time is nothing new.
