Drama part 2 with my dam MOS! Well the dam Army got me again. They need me to change MOS in order to get promoted 
They want me to go 14E some Patriot missle crap. I'm already a 31B30, was going to 3ID but now as of today i guess it's on to Ft. Bliss for training.
BTW this is gonna be my 3rd MOS
So who's a 14E and can tell me about it??

I worked in a Patriot unit as my fist duty assignment, 1989. It was all dog n pny show back then. A few months after I pcs'd they hit pay dirt sending Pat's up in the Iraqi skies to drop the scuds. Mostly boring job, does have some good after service benefits and is very laid back, def. not anything like being around Infantry. More like Aviation type. If you have a choice, and you want to do a career, or at least get out with max rank, I would recommend 96U (may be changed to 15W now) Unmanned Aerial Vehicle, it is the fastest growing field in and out of the Army currently. Or 96B, yes they are Intel Analysts, but they ALWAYS get promoted quickly. Just my two cents.

sounds good but in order to keep my current rank (E6) i have to choice between a 13R, 13W or a 14E

13r Id go for the either the 13W or 14E b/c if im not mistaken isnt 13R Bradley Air Defense. If so i know they quit the school for that 2 years ago, and the actuall units are almost extinct just like the 14S feild. Unless your in the Guard.

At least you have the option to transfer MOS's. While in the Marines I was stuck as and E-3 for 37 months and couldn't transfer to any other MOS due to the one I was in.
