I was approached about attending what I was told was a PMI (Primary Marksmanship Instructor) course in Quantico in October. However since then I have been told that you had to be an NCO (I am only e-3) and/or be a coach. I was also told that it is on a grade scale meaning if you perform well enough you can be a PMI, and obvisouly if you pass but not near the top you can be a coach. I was wondering if anyone has recently gone through the course, or if they have recent information on it.
