Are you going to have it shipped here? When I did my inspection here at Aviano they didn't care about no cats or my tint. They are just looking for safety related items (broken lights, etc.) Look at my sig, I passed with flying colors. 
I would be more worried about the ******** over at VPC that ship the cars. Those ******* fried my spec3 clutch. Had to replace my clutch because they slipped the **** out of it.
