Default 29 Palms?

Is there anything ever cool happening in 29 Palms? I'm a student at MCCES right now, and was wondering if I should bring my car down here?

Most people there are either Military, running from the law or running a meth lab.

I've been out there to visit some friends in Palm Springs many times and I have been in/out/around 29 Palms area and its quite uneventful.

This video pretty much sums up all the action:

i didn't think MCCES students were allowed to have cars. do you know your permanent duty station yet? i would advise against it unless you know you're coming back to a unit on base. also if your car has leather and t-tops it will be a oven in the summer.

they did when left there in 05. it was in a fenced in lot with no covering, so make sure you have a car cover to keep the UV damage down.
