I'm here. Got a mustang I'm transplanting a LS1 into. maybe i'm not the type of crown you're looking for though, lol. but any questions you have about the base or the area just fire away. i know i've seen a few GTO's on base and one TA, haven't spied much else (though, they keep me locked away in a basement here)

'93 LX Coupe. I've owned it for seven years, been through a bunch of different windsor based combos. Used to run 11.40s @ 117 on motor with a carbed 347.
Decided to go a different route with the car, total redo on it. Started with the paint. My brother had a '99 Cobra in electric green that gave me the inspiration.
His car:
My new paint job. Ford electric green on bottom and a black with a metallic flake from a toyota on top. this is right after we shot it with the last coat of clear, still was wet sanded and buffed after these pics....

That green is kinda weird. it's dark in low light, but really brightens up with the right lighting on it. It's got a metallic flake in it as well.
Anyways, next up is suspension. Gonna do a full tubular kmember, a-arms, adjustable struts, coil overs for the front, rear is getting new upper/lower control arms from a good friend of mine back home in nebraska that designs the best damn arms for these cars. www.baselinesuspensions.com then going adjustable shocks and coil overs, 31spline axles, i will probably grab a track lock unit from an explorer.
Here is the current interior...
I'm going to convert it all to black. carpet/seats/door panels, etc. while i've got the old interior ripped out i plan to install a 6point cage. I'm gonna buy a bolt in cage from Maximum Motorsports, bolt it in myself, then take it to an exhaust shop and have them weld it in. also doing torque box reinforcement plates.
Finally, my plan for the motor is an lq9, home built single (maybe twin?) turbo, and a TH400. megasquirt EFI and a MSD controller. I'm good friends with Jim (parish) out of Omaha (i was a nebraska resident before i joined the Army). I donated a buncha parts and actually piloted the fairmont in a few races, after seeing the potential of the stock LS motor with an auto, it made me a believer!

I've got a huge bike fascination too.. had a bunch. dragged out KZ750, SV1000S, 1700cc cruisers, and my last bike a ZX-12R on the spray....
My next bike is a ZX-14. Once again, i have been inspired by a friend back home in Nebraska. His name is Joe Bird, he's got a zx14 stock motor, 10" extended arm, brocks exhaust, and a 100shot on a progressive controller. it's been 8.20s or so on the spray. 9.30s on motor. These new 14s are great drag bikes, they're ugly as ****, but a good bike. I plan to pick a used one up in January or so.

judging by your signature i would say you do too, lol.
if you ever need help with anything let me know. i was a mechanic for 5 years before i joined, got all my tools with me here. just got a 1 car apartment garage, but it fits my tools then whatever i want to work on. the mustang is sitting in storage i'm thinking about volunteering for a six month deployment, would leave end of Jan. So the stang might be sitting in storage till i get back.
