It is really unique! I hope it works out for him, it looks like he's thought of a lot. I am curious how he is going to dissipate the heat though. It looks like if he cuts out an area where the back seat is, and then has the muffler "capping" off that area, it just seems to me like heat from the turbo's would get trapped in that area. I'm ignorant on this stuff, however, and you have to give the guy credit for doing something very cool.

ITs is deffinately unique thats no doubt. The heat is deffinately gonna be a trick to get around though. Even with a shield of some sort the interior temp of the cabin is goin to stay much hoitter than normal.

it's a different idea, that's for sure! i'd of still put them up front where they belong to be more efficient

I am not really understanding the purpose.... Get a couple cutouts and some mufflers, and there is your sleeper. My car sounds almost like stock with the cutout closed, and there are plenty of ways to hide intercoolers. Mounting turbos inside the cab is just dumb... There has to be a better way to do a twin setup on that car.

I also wonder how the heat issue will work out in the end.

Seriously WTF?! That is plain weird all that trouble just to hide the turbos, yet have a FOAM seat and stereo wiring/equipmnet within 6-8 inches of it all? Let alone yourself?

I do not know the person, but from experience, people do not put this amount of work into something and have no explanation why they are doing it. I'm sure he has a valid enough reason to spend the countless hours fabricating this setup. I'm also sure that he has placed more thought into the project than any of us, including myself, have put into this thread. I really think its cool that people build stuff like this, even if it doesn't seem to make sense initially

unlike our exhausts, mustang mufflers are in the middle of the car so those turbos will be behind the driver/passenger seats...

heat shields and ceramic coating will take care of any heat issues he'll have. its a unique idea and im sure will work quite well. its no differant than putting 2 turbos in the back of a Vette. the mufflers are there for show. some people need to look outside the box once in awile and stop bad mouthing other people's work. call it what you want but you cant deny the guy's fab skills.
