Wow nobody likes bed rails haha. I'm not a truck guy so they make me no difference lol. I will say though, I don't see what's so bad about them.

those rectangular boxes are self resetting circuit breakers. if you exceed the amp ratings they disconnect till the load is gone and/or they have cooled off. dunno what they are for though circuit wise.

Yeah I know what they are I wanted to know why they are there. I wasn't trying to be a dick, I just wanted to know. Also it is good to look into those things before buying as it can be added to fix a wiring issue. Or can cause a electrical issue.

Those are good trucks. My dad has had his since new in 01 and now has 275,000 miles on it. Only repairs have been brakes, tires, water pump and bulbs. He's never even had the diff or transmission flushed.. I say its been dumb luck.
