Default Stock Skittle vs Stock WS6

Not my video, just cruising Youtube. There's no way these cars are both stock unless the WS6 driver fell asleep at the wheel. The comments are what really get me though, these ****** yokels crack me up on Youtube, it just amazes me how stupid people are.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RFXBKxjtu8k

Fire back at these homos, I know for a fact that stock for stock an F Body would rape a skittle, those things are unbelievably slow from the factory.

They are slow in the grand scheme of things though. Slow enough to make me compare its 2nd gear to my Speed6s 5th gear. No lie. Even my girlfriend said it was a dogshit slow car and she knows nothing about cars.

LOL, so your high 13 low 14 second car can pull an equally as fast car in 5th gear, GTFO.

Now moving on, no way a stock neon is gonna pull an LS1 unless the LS1 had two fat bitches and was 2.73'd A4.

fk'n LS1 drivers.
YES, a stock S RT 4 can pull your precious Jesus motor in stock form, especially an automatic LOL .
The SR T4 community is full of non driving retards. The S RT 4 is a very capable car, especially with the driver mod.
My S RT4 would pull stock LS1's all the time much to the surprise of the owner and then I'd have to pop the hood to prove I was stock.
My car did hold the stock record for the 1/4 mile so maybe it was a factory freak, but I have this argument all the time with LS1 owners and it gets old.

Do not discount these cars

EDIT. Pretty mature making SR T4 say dumdumdum dum

Well, from what I gathered from the video, the dumdumdumdum stole the kick from the start and the LS1 played catchup. What happened on the other end is unknown by viewing. If you're a running a high 13s TURBO car from a roll on a stock mid 13s car, be cautious. That being said, I hate running on the street against any car, especially turbo cars or LS1s. They all want to run from rolls. No one respects DRAG racing anymore and want to run NASCAR. Give me a dig.

it wouldnt surprise me at all that a stock skittle can put a few on some stock ls1s. I would almost gaurantee that the ls1 is an auto, stock stall, with 2.73's though. If that skittle hit the TA in its dead spot, its over. IMO

How many SR T-4's have you guys owned?
I've owned a SR T-4 and 3 LS1's and now an LS3 vette.
Stop being ignorant. You guys sound just like the import guys about honda's or Ford guys about the 03/04 Cobras believe'n the hype.

SR T-4s are a 13 second car that weigh 2900 pounds w/ forced induction. A stock skittle can hang next to a stock LS1. Period end of story.

It's ok. It's the same way on the Ford sites I'm on. The 3V guys swear up and down an SR T-4 won't beat them. When I used to put a car on them easy.

The looks on their faces are priceless, well worth the defense of a solid car. I regret selling mine.

I have an 01 z with 2.73s and an a4 and 35 is an awesome spot for me. 40 sucks *** though. And as far as a stock srt running with a stock ls1, you can say what you want but I would be willing to bet you put the same driver in both cars and run them down a track and you might be surprised.

Hi gang....I just now joined your forum to share a bit of info with you:

My absolutely bone stock dumdumdumdum Neon on regular street tires and 93 oct fuel ran a 13.86, 13.84, and 13.88 at 101+ mph back in July.

Just compare your time slips. I have known some to run in the 13.6s bone stock on regular street tires and some that ran mid 14s with crappy drivers.

I drag race in the United Manual Transmission Racers series in Ohio and about 90% of the cars are Tangs, so me and the F-bodies have a common enemy. (finished 5th in pts and was runner-up at the Stick Shift Nats)

Now my car is running 12.7s at 110 with only a different ECU, plugs, IC, wastegate, and injectors. This is still on street tires with 93 oct gas and NOW minimal traction in 1st gear. My short times are still in the 2.0-2.1 range like when it was stock due to traction problems.

A little history for you, I started drag racing in 83 and have 34 NHRA/IHRA championships....including winning the Corvette Nats TWICE (with a fwd Mopar in Indy), the Mopar Nats twice, and the 50th Anniversary Car and Driver Anniversary race. I USED to own a dailey driver Dodge Omni GLH that ran 11.89 at 118 with a 150 hp shot and a non-turbo base 98 Neon that ran 14.8 on motor and 12.11 at 117 on a 125 hp shot....not to mention a lowly Miata that ran 12.6s at 109 with a 100 hp shot!

As far as regular Neons....SNAIL slow, especially with auitomatics...the newer, the heavier too.
