Default 2003 head & cam 50th Anniversary Corvette Photoshoot Teaser

This is the one and only one you folks get until I am done with the entire set. This image is a five image layer merge. There is one layer for the car, one for the wheels, one for the front bumper, one for the ground and one for the fake composite sky. Gradient layering was used to bring out the tone of the sky with reduced opacity. Midtones have an increased blue while the highlights have an increased yellow hue along with 12 other adjustments layers. Christ I can't believe I just spent two hours on one picture....

Very well done! Some people don't realize how much work goes into a digital shot after the exposure is taken.

Very nice. I like how you brought more detail into the sky. how fast were you going, about 5 mph?

Amazing work, far beyond anything I could imagine doing, just offering a little constructive criticism. Not that anyone would ever pay attention to this detail with such a beautiful car and clean shot, but I can definitely tell you cut down the greenery on the right side. Just from the little messing around I've done in PS I know it's almost impossible to make the edges look natural once you've cut em down. Anyways, enough with my rambling. Great shot and even better polishing of the shot!

Greenery is near impossible to work, I will agree. I need to work a bit more with the lasso and magic wand tool. It can be done.

Awesome shot, could I interest you in some sensor dust cleaner? That car is so sick!

That **** might not even show up in his shots from about f/8 or wider. Being a rig shot, it was probably done around f/18 or so to allow for the long exposure, and dust rears its ugly head at small f/stops.
