Default I broke my sister's Corvette!

This is a sad video. Nobody believes me when I say that I wasn't even beating on it, but we were just sitting still at a red light in traffic. I hadn't even been driving it for 1/2 mile yet, and was just feeling it out. When the light turned green, I pushed in the clutch to put it in gear and the clutch snapped to the floor and stayed there. I never even got a chance to wring out the LS3.

Yes, but I still felt like ****. LOL I was in town visiting and she let me drive her baby, then I break the damn thing almost as soon as I get in.

After we got home she told me that it was a lemon and she's had problems with it since day 1, so I didn't feel quite as bad. I think she's going to trade it in on something like a loaded Camaro SS. Her 'Vette is loaded and almost too nice to beat on.

She wasn't mad at all, she wasn't even surprised that it was broken again. She's pissed at the car though.

Tell her to bring it in for a lemon law check and then trade it back on another Vette. I've had my C5 for 3.5 years and it's been trouble free minus a multifunction switch

It's fine i'll just fix it and be done with it. If i had constant problems it will find itself in a lake by accident haha

I didn't hear anything break when the pedal snapped to the floor, I'm guessing the master or slave cylinder took a dump.

there is a recall on all c6 corvette 6 speeds.they do stick to the floor.mines done it several times.you have to watch your brake fluid and when it turns black, bleed it out through the reservoir until it turns back yellow until you can get it to the dealership.there is a full gm service recall bulletin on this and they will replace it under warranty.

It's a very minor problem

Sometimes if you bleed the slave cylinder it will clean it right up

Either that or it is something else very minor

I own a Z06 corvette and have never had a problem

If it was my car I would work the bugs out
and then enjoy one of the best car's you will ever drive !

Vettes are straight Bitch'in

I was on last night, taking out my frustrations on poor unsuspecting victims. It was a good night.

It wasn't a minor problem when we were stuck on the side of the road! Her car has had multiple problems, everything from the clutch, to oil consumption, to a grinding noise in the rear end, to violent shaking and grinding in the front while turning sharp corners, to electrical problems, and the list goes on and on. She has a lemon, it's going back to GM she just has to figure out what she wants next. Either another Corvette, or possibly a blown Camaro SS.
