Thats what it looks like. Did it fall out of the tranny??? If that was all the car should still drive fine but you will be able to shift into reverse @60 now....please don't try that though....

Stock suspension, Moser 9inch and wheel hop= ^^^^... Ya I called the dealer it's $171.00 and has to come from Nashville! I also broke the torque arm mount, so the tranny is sittin up in the tunnel, I can't get into 5th 6th or reverse until that's fixed! Thanx for the help guys have a good day!

You spent the cash on a Moser but not on a torque arm relocation crossmember? You're lucky you didn't break the tail housing or you'd be replacing a whole lot more.

I bought the car with the 9inch! I had plans to do the suspension, but no money to do it!

Torque arm mount, Reverse lockout and Y-Pipe got hurt in the wheel hop incident! Now I'm just deciding whether to go pull my motor now, instead of this winter and starting from scratch!

I'll put money on the problem being the torque arm mount breaking and the torque arm swinging up and coming in contact with the reverse lockout and busting it off.. Ask me how I know.

I'm not sure, but I would guess it would be the actual spring that pushes the shifter away from going into reverse.. it was on the ground when it broke.. I still haven't been able to really take a look at it since it's been 110 degrees here and i live in an apt. n cant work on my car so ya! But I will def. let u know when i figure something out.
