My G8 and Friends 5.0 By far not my best stuff, but some of em are passable. We really didnt have much of a plan so we just snapped off shots and this is what we came up with. Guess we need to come up with some more angles after looking at this lol... Maybe next time.

Really, I don't even notice it. 99% of cars in Cali have them. Lord knows I don't want any unwanted attention from the law...
He has a 3in H-pipe, and Roush exhaust. It is really really loud.

i love white,both cars are badass, those 5.0s are badass, and that one sounds sick, whoever said about the front plate killing the look , ummmm yeah its kinda the law. i swear there always has to be one to say something bad about a flawles looking car,op nice work sick white ride!!!!!

Beautiful cars guys!! Love white ! I had to cave in on the front plate to. Don't like it but I don't like all the police guys lookin at me, god knows what all they could write me for once they started! My son would trade off his girl friend to trade up to one of those 5.0's. And as crazy as it sounds it would be a good trade! :>)

On paper the 5.0 is probably faster since he has a manual with the 3.73 rear end. However I don't think he would be able to drive it well enough to beat me. My G8 is a solid 12.7 car and from a roll is very very stout considering I am stock 2.92 gears and don't have to shift nearly as much.
I drove his 5.0 and while it feels much lighter than my car, it is really difficult to tell who is faster until we get em at the track. We had a brief pull getting on a freeway where he was riding my tail and we hit it at the same time from 50mph and I nudged away a little bit to 100mph, but then again I only shifted one time, and he had to shift twice.
I will say that the shifter on that thing is super short. I have never driven a car that had that short of a stock shifter. Once he breaks that transmission and clutch in and it isn't so damn notchy he will be able to beast through the gears.

Those Camaro wheels are hot on the G8, but they absolutely kill it's performance. The rears alone are 8lbs heavier than the the Stock G8. Plus the offset is doesn't work if you plan on lowering the car at all.
