...or, he could be pointing out a factory defect since C6Zs don't come with removable tops.

This is why idiots should stick to base C6s...wait haha. Can't believe a C6 owner doesn't know that not only didn't the C6Z06 only come with a fixed roof, but they had a recall on exactly what happened in the video.

I know its his car and he can do as he pleases with it... but man that makes me sick. I'd do almost anything to own a black Z06 such as that.

Maybe he was tired of hearing it leaking and knew it was only a matter of time before it got ripped off, so he took matters into his own hands, errr, feet, and just finished the job.

The main reason I posted this vid is because he kicked his roof off! Seriously who does that.. If he had any respect for his vehicle's he wouldn't of done that even if there was a re-call for that.. Just another rich guy showing off..

I guess. Things **** me off from time to time about my car, but I never do things like that. And it isnt near as nice as a C6 Z.. I guess when you have that kind of money it just isn't a big deal.

who cares really? i mean it is his car, he can get it replaced under warranty and he didn't likely hurt anything else when kicking the roof off lol. While it's not what i would do i don't really care that he did it. Some people have different value for their cars than others

Or his roof was starting to come off and he did the RESPONSIBLE thing by finishing the job, rather than waiting for it to rip off and fly through someones windshield?

The only thing stupid is where they chose to do it. However, like the poster above mentions, it was probably started to lift and they chose to just remove it then and there.

It's kind of like ripping off the broken nail that's about to fall off. Letting it just hang there is asking for problems. So you just rip it off and deal with it.

This. I want to say he was in the gumball or something similar and the roof had started to come off already, I can't remember the exact details.
