Default New Dyno Numbers! (*Cobra Content Inside*)

What's up guys - I know you some of you may cringe at the sight of them but.... next to my Vette sleeps a Mustang Cobra. I am not biased :use:. I just got her back from the Dyno and I'm very happy with the results so I wanted to share with my other side of the family lol.

Power is awesome and Driveability is great. Drove 2 1/2 hours down to my tuner, put down theses numbers.... then drove 2 1/2 hours home. Can't beat that

Here's the video... Numbers & Graph are at the end (Mods are in the description)

It makes 18lbs @ 6800 rpms It really picks up in the higher rpms when the boost starts building fast

Sick setup. The Cobra I'm getting is a 1999, but with a 04 Terminator motor/tranny, ecu, etc. with a built SRA. It also has a Novi 2000 blower and Crower stage 2 cams and at 24psi, made 756 rwhp and 660 rwtq STD. I think at 18psi, which is what it's setup for now, the numbers should be pretty close to that. How does she do in the lower RPM's?

That was some serious plumes of smoke coming out of the exhaust. That can often mean detonation.

Yep. That or bad belt slip causing a rich condition.

Nice car/numbers.

That's awesome man - you'll have a lot of fun! That cobra sounds like a beast. I'm thinking at 18lbs you'll be pretty much where I am too. She's actually great in the lower RPMs but of course starts to really shine 4k+ since the boost really gets up there.

Yea - no detonation. Plugs looks great. Could have been because the exhaust setup is all brand new (Longtubes, O/R X, and Cat-Back) and the residue is burning off; also possibly the dust, etc in the shop (door was closed behind it). It hasn't been doing that as of late so I'm thinking all is well. I do check my plugs pretty often so if something is up, I should be able to see.
