Videographers questions. License plate blurring?! Hey guys, this question is for the video and editing software gurus. They only editing software I have is windows movie maker. Can I blur license plates with that? I haven't been able to figure out how yet if so, if not what is a decent but cheap editing software for pc/windows that I can blur plates with and still put in music and stuff that I can do with movie maker?
