No idea how many pulls he had on it.. probably a bunch! If it was stock, I'd wager a Hypereutectic piston had something to do with it.

He's been testing this lately.. Also testing an intercooler built into this setup.

Motor had 660 dyno pulls on it. Was bound to go sometime after that much abuse. And from what NRE said, that intake is around 1600 complete. Which is not bad considering how much their **** usually is...

^ Wow.. 660 I guess is the magic number. Crazy ****..

And yeah, $1600 for that intake isn't bad.. ITB intakes are easily twice that.

With intake runners that long its bound to make some stupid torque. It made 440 ft lb from 3000 to 6000.

It looks like an old TPI setup, just split down the middle and laid to the side.

Yeah....I'd like to see it in an engine bay. But damn those are some impressive numbers. I'm really tempted to sell my car and buy an LS3 C6.

I will go against the grain and say I don't like it. Looks like you can't even take the valve covers off with it on.

Im very curious to see how well the intercoolers work. I've been following what they are doing with this from the start. If you think about it, the cost of intercoolers, piping and say a FAST intake are about the same price as this all in one. Dual TB's is going to be cool also.

I have been wanting to fabricate an intake like that for some time. I just don't know enough of the fluid dynamics to design the intake for optimum power. A bunch of the road racing cars have a intake design like that. Nothing new for the RR guys though.
