The quest for horsepower on the C7 Z06 platform started even before the first unit was delivered. With so many combinations and packages available, it is sometimes difficult for some to plan out their best approach for making reliable and streetable power. This was an issue for one of our customers who had recently upgraded from his E-Force powered C6 Z06 to this beautiful 1LZ C7 Z06!














With a main goal in mind of breaking the 700rwhp mark to beat his previous Z06's power level, the next decision was what parts or package would be involved to get us there. We had made 700+ on several C7 Z06's by this point, so this was certainly achievable, but our customer wanted to take a bit different approach. We decided on a package that should consist of reliable and proven parts to make this power without changing any of the exhaust or going to an aftermarket camshaft. Our customer wanted stock driveability with a whole lot more power on tap.

This combination with only 50% Ethanol content netted a HUGE 703rwhp / 665rwtq!



This car drives just like stock as requested while still giving low 10 - high 9 second capable power. Our customer has since driven the car home to South Carolina and is enjoying the last few sunny days of Fall with his Vengeance powered Z06!
