Went to an Auto-X today. (56K NO WAY)
First time going to an auto-x with this camera. Lenses were switched up between a 35MM Rebel Kit (28-90MM) and a Canon 50MM 1.8II prime. Some pics were taken by my girl, but most were taken by me. Be patient because there are about 60 pics. A lot of pics were cropped because I didn't have a crazy telephoto lens, so there was a lot of background that took up the pic. Some of mine turned out blurry because rather than panning with the car I just snapped the shot as the car went past me.
Enjoy.
My girl took these.

Cars that stuck out:
Foxbody: The car was sick. Seemed pretty damn quick in the straights as well as the turns and let off the oh so lovely smell of race gas.
R.J.'s Vette: What else is there to say. Turbocharged 383 Stroker Vette. He handled the turns well the car could stop on a dime (from what it appeared) as was a ******* MONSTER on the two little straightaways. I've loved it since I saw it a long time ago.
Quote from the owner off of a local board:
Silver 350Z: I was very impressed with this car considering it was stock and an automatic. It seemed pretty quick in the straights and could handle it's *** off. Very nice.
The ZR1: Didn't really impress me. It didn't seem like they pushed it too hard. Then again they ran after R.J. so they had some big shoes to fill. The damn thing was quieter than my stock exhaust' TA.
There were plenty of other impressive cars out there, but other than the 350Z I figured I'd cover the cars that were gonna be asked about the most. I was just impressed with the 350Z that's why I put a little story up there.

Yeah stock suspension LT1 (atleast that's what it looked like). He did pretty well, but today was a Test and Tune sponsored by a local Corvette club and the course was set-up how they wanted it. There was a turn, straightaway across the field, another turn, somewhat of an S turn, straightaway the another turn and a long slalom (nothing extreme).
It looked a lot easier than how it's usually set-up. The Formy did good though.

Could you possible just put some links to a web page with all the pics? Even on a T3 here at work, it's taking forever for these pics to load...
Pics look great btw

Sorry man I don't have a page with them all. I host them on a site that just gives me URL to the actual picture. It doesn't save them in a folder or anything. It's a little strange. I can't access my pictures from the website if I'm on any computer other than my home computer.
