That's not a C5-R, it's the World Challenge LG Motorsports C5 based Vette. They eventually got it to run mid 130's I think, it was the fastest NA 346 for a while, maybe still is.

At that time, it had a "Rolex Cup" sbc motor, 35x cubic inches and over 8000 rpms, not an LS motor. That video was from one of the earlier Fastest Street Vettes in Texas showdowns.
