Default photoshop question

hey this isnt a reqest to have anythign done for me or anything i jsut wanna know how to do somthing since im new to photoshop

ok what i wanna know is
when you enlarge a picture and it gets all pixley. what do you have to do to fix that and make it look like a cleaner picture

There is only so much you can increase the size of a pic. The pixely-ness is always going to be there, but based on how much of an increase, it can be tolerated.

Is really hard to guide you through cuz every pic will be different but there is a way of course I've seen some that turn on very good, and sometimes you have to re-draw some parts wich is a PITA, but HERE is a link that I look at everytime and get ideas, I hope it helps
