Yes it is. I got it from a friend awhile back off his 1993 LT1 Z28. He straight piped it and I got the muffler for basically free.

How much time do I have before u stop taking footage from people? I threw my nitto's back on my wheels when I painted them black, and I really do not wanna waste them. I will look for some junk 15's and put them on my prostars and melt them off. I actually have some 295/50/15 BFG's that I can KILL now that I think of it. VID coming soon.LOL
