My new 1997 Trans Am
Well here it is, its not what i wanted but will be soon. don't even mention that hood i hat it and the rims also but i got the stock ones painted black so ill mount those wheels later and the whole hood thing, i'am gonna put in a 98+ Trans Am front body and hopefully a raptor Firehawk hood if i can find a cheap one if not ill just buy a reguler glasstek WS.6 hood from WS6store.com.
So when i have it finished its gonna have flat black rims and a 98+ front Trans Am body.
Specs: just has a Borla exhuast,Edelbrock TB w/airfoil, and a K&N Airbox. Thats about it and for the letter overlays iam gonna buy some black one's for the pontiac and Trans Am sign and iam gonna buy a pair of honey comb Taillights.
Car is a little dirty at the time when the picture's were taken but ill have better rez pics and clean car next time. And the demension is off a little but thats cuz its coming from video camera.
O and how can i make a Sig. Thanks.

The Rims are ugly like you already said, and that hood is a little much, but something else I don't like is the steering wheel rap. Other then that, it looks pretty good. I personally like the way LT1s look as well as LS1s. I didn't know you could swap bumpers from the diff. years like that. Will it come out looking like a clean fit?

Not bad. Definitely get new wheels and get rid of that granny-grip steering wheel cover. The hood is a bit too much but it's OK. Other than that, I like the car!!!

your tail lights looks like they are in decent shape minus some moisture on the inside. A clean pair of LT1 tails like that are a lot harder to find and unique as opposed to the honeycomb everyone has. LT1's are a diff. beast than the LS1s. i think you should stay with the front end, minus the hood. just my 2cents.

Don't convert it to 98+ style. Just get a regular WS.6 hood for it. LT1 Ws.6s look much better and are a lot more rare over the newer ones. Do what you want though just my $0.02. And most of all, just enjoy your new car!

nice color! i would love to have a mystic teal t/a to match my camaro but i do agree with what the guys say. ditch the wheels, hood, and steering wheel cover, and dont convert to 98+ style.
