Yes, I know about EXIF info from digital photos. Developed was just the first term that came to mind to indicate how well the image was captured.

Nothings posted that would have an effect on the case, plus I cleared it before posting. Besides, the entire criminal complaint is public record, and that lists much more detailed info.
