My cam has 11 degrees of overlap, yours has 10 degrees but on much steeper lobes so it won't chop *quite* as much as mine but it'll be damn close.....you'll really like that cam, should have a fat tq curve.

does the lift actaully ahve anything to do with the idle? I have heard some idle of this cam pretty choppy... like you said i will be happy. and i can not wait for the TQ curve

lift doesn't necessarily affect idle choppiness....it's more of a relationship between duration @.050 and LSA. the more positive overlap you have, the choppier the idle.
take the average of your intake and exhaust duration at .050 (ex: 224/228 would be 226)
then multiply your LSA x2. (ex: 110 lsa x 2 = 220)
then subtract that number from the average of your durations and you'll have overlp (ex: 226 - 220 = 6 degrees + overlap)
EXAMPLE cam: 242/248 @ .050 with 110 LSA
242 + 248 = 490
490 / 2 = 245
110 x 2 = 220
245 - 220 = 25 degrees overlap = ROUGH idle

Add your 2 durations. in my case 228 + 232 = 460
Take that number divide it by 4.. 460 / 4 = 115
Take that number subtract your LSA.. 115 - 110 = 5
take that number multiply it by 2... 5 * 2 = 10* of overlap
or the easeir way add the IVO + EVC
