What software? Photoshop Well, I have been wondering what kind of software are you guys running? I want to learn to do this stuff but I guess that you need special software or at least a Mac computer. Is this right?

if your starting out get a old version of photoshop...7 will do fine, the CS / CS2 and CS3 versions are just peppered up versions of 4, 5.5 6 and 7...7 has all the bells and whistles you'll need with the added functionality of adding extra plugins, filters, fonts brushes etc.
And no, you dont just need a mac to run this, this also runs on Windows
