Thanks. The C-141's static display just got finished, and there is a small ramp you can drive your car onto a hundred feet away or so they haven't blocked off (yet). While I was parked there taking pictures, I heard one guy drive by talking to his passenger saying "I bet he gets a ticket for that". lol, I didn't get a ticket (perhaps because I wasn't seen by anyone who could've written one, but I didn't spend too much time there with my car parked to say the least.
