New Addition to My Garage (L76) I picked it up over Independence Day weekend.
The 2009s are on the lots here now along with 2008s. I took an 09 Stryker Blue out for a good ride and there's literally no difference between the model years aside from the center stack gauges being disabled. The price for the GT also increased substantially for 09 and there's no real difference between the model years.
I also found a dealer willing to flexible on the price. As a result I went ahead and snagged an 08 Magnetic Grey GT for a little under MSRP with Sport and Premium packages.
Considering the GT price increase and the thousands of dollars the GXP will cost over that made the opportunity to get a good deal on a GT hard to pass up.
I've got a set of wheels on the way am humoring a Pedders suspension and big brake upgrade.

Nice car. Looks really nice in that color. Sick garage too, wish I had a workspace that big 
Any serious mod plans for it?
On a side note, I think you live in the same neighborhood area as one of my best friends aunt/uncle. Stayed there for a week last year and the house literally looked identical to that area and the yard and everything was set up identical. Small world

Nice looking car!
Get a tune on the car ASAP. If you think it drives nice now, wait until a good tuner gets a hold of it.
The brakes on the car are actually very solid so you may want to spend your cash elsewhere for the time being.
