The payment was sent on 15 Nov 09 via PayPal Transaction ID#8Y9985684CV7576533 @ 10:05 with a note that the payment was for the sensor.
Subsequent contact has had no results in the form of a refund or the sensor being mailed/sent.
It's only $15.50, but worth pursuing as a matter of principle.
