What do I do if i get screwed on a set of heads off here?

What do I do if i get screwed on a set of heads off here? Sorry for the short story lol. But I need to vent!
Alright i traded my complete ms4 cam kit to bryan norvell screen name bigbryan555123
anyway the guy wanted to trade a set of brand new patriot stage 2 heads. https://ls1tech.com/forums/parts-cla...ale-trade.html for a cam kit. so I told him about my cam kit. He decided that he wanted it. This was on 01-14-2010. We both agreed that we would ship our parts out the next day. As I told him, I shipped mine off the next day and i sent him the tracking number. He told me he had his packed up in three diff packages one head in one box another head in another box and the valve covers in another. he said they were ready to go but couldn’t get them out then. That was fine by me. Then 3-4 days later I call him and ask him if he got them out yet cause he didn’t get me a tracking number and he said he just got them packed up and his mom had them going to send them out while she was in town. (by the way that’s the 2nd time he told me he had them boxed up.) I told him ok just send me a tracking number when he got a chance so i could track it. 2-3 days later still nothing so I call him again and he didn’t answer so I left a message for him to call me and let me know what’s going on. he didn’t call me back for a few days and when he did he said he was in the hospital. I told him i was sorry to hear that and asked him how he was doing, and i understood that he didn’t get the heads out yet. But then I see he was trying to sell my cam in them few days on the net. https://ls1tech.com/forums/parts-cla...ale-trade.html i didn’t understand that he could try and sell the cam but he couldn’t call me or p.m. me. So I asked him when could he get the heads out to me. He said on Monday the 25th if he didn’t get snowed in. I told him that was fine. He said if he gets the heads shipped off or not he would call me on that Monday. I didn’t get a call so i waited until wed. and I called him. and he said he was snowed in on Monday. He was actually getting snow off his vehicle when I was talking to him on wed. he said he just got them all boxed up and he was on the way to ship them off. (that’s the 3rd time he said he boxed them up) lol. And still to this day i don’t have my heads, he wont return my calls, p.ms, emails ect. and hasn’t giving me a tracking number.
I know I messed up cause he didn’t have any trader rating but I was trying to give the guy a chance. Apparently shouldn’t have. What should I do? Or what can I do?

What address did you ship your cam kit to? I'd be in the car and on the way there if I were you. Sounds like he's trying to bend you over. Jump in the car and pay him a friendly visit. Arkansas is not too far from Texas. That sux man, hope you get your heads. Do some checking with who may be interested in your cam set up that he is selling and see if you can find him that way.

Yeah i know man i was thinking the same thing. Im almost ready to do that. A guy I work with is from that area and said he would go with me. Its right about 11 hours. But 22 hours of driving is deff worth going to get 1,000 set of heads. Infact if there is anyone in that area want to go get my heads i will give them $100

post on a bodybuilding forum with your story, youd be suprised what some of those ****** are capable of... bodybuilding.com's misc. section has been known for some real problems.
