I wasn't aware i could do that..... thanks.........im just glad
someone else didn't buy them and not notice the hole..they could have been killed if the tire were to blow out at high speed.....you know it wouldn't surprise me if he were to try and resell them again somewhere else once i send them back!!!

Go into your local bank branch and talk to a bank manager... they MIGHT be able to offer some kind of assistance.

Step 1... find a new bank.....

What bank are you using by the way? I want to avoid them if I can just for that.

he just finaly sent me a message.....can you belive the gull this guy has....wow...

"after all thats been said and done im willing to refund $125 for the one tire that you have with damage, even though i did not se that gash when it was on the rims after it came off the rims or when i packaged them. so if you want to do this at all send the tire and when i recieve it i will refund you $125.
$125 is figured by the ammount you paid for the tire minus the shipping paid to get both the tires to you.

this is as far as ill go since i dont know if I somehow missed this several times or cut while opening package or not the same tire altogether.

message me back if you accept this offer. if not im done.

also if you send the tire make sure you send it to where i have to sign for it so you know that its been recived"

Please forgive me cursing much, I HATE scammers.

As far as paypal, it's about time you guys STOP USING THAT ******* THING ALREADY, I put that in my signature since this site was created back in 1765.
Paypal is bullshit, not what it was before, paypal ripped me off $1200 and case is still in court, my thread was here about a year ago, long story, plus you guys all know that Ebay OWNS paypal now so don't ever use it UNLESS buying on ebay .I wouldn't use them anyway, they make MILLIONS of dollars daily but yet they won't help a fellow who was screwed $280 ******* bucks. They made their 9 bucks from this transaction already so they don't give a ****, don't waste your time calling them, stress is never good for your heart.

Maaaan I ******* hate scammers.

Now I have to say I'm very sorry you were ripped off like that brother, this is just pure rip off, he should be responsible for every penny including shipping. He must refund you in full and if he wants both of them back then he should pay for shipping them both, if he's got some brain (Well, I'm sure not much after selling them like that) he should only ask for one back and pay for it's shipping.

Now let's push it into a higher gear brother:

Put his info here, YES HIS ******* NAME, ******* NUMBER IF YOU HAVE IT AND HIS ******* ADDRESS. A girlfriend's name would be awesome too....

In my opinion he IS reading this thread, and ALREADY created a different screen name and who knows, maybe already selling other parts, so if you put his name here he will hesitate and hopefully start making some use of his soooo empty box, make it right for HIS sake and resolve this and move on. He will live with the loss, it's not like he's losing a thousand bucks, he gambled and took a chance selling them like that and he should be responsible his scam didn't work.

Sorry about all the trouble brother, let us know how it goes and if there's anything we can help you with.

Let us know how (If) it ends man.

Adam

Why haven't you done a negative feedback on him yet for his trader rating? Call the police man! Do you know his address? You can contact his local police and get the ball rolling.
