I sent $1000 for some TEA stage 2.5 Heads. He made the shipping lable but never shipped... 2 weeks went by and 4-5 pm's later I Finnally msged him on paypal and told him if i dont get his number or a responce in 24hours im going to stop payment. but i still wanted the heads... and Ls1tech said he was on several times and he never responded back. then the next morning he said "I see theres a problem im just going to refund your full payment and I have someone else thats going to purchase the heads" and he blocks me from messaging him and I only got refunded $100.

sent him the money on oct 2 and it is now oct 13 and still no damn clutch and he will hardly reply to any of my messages because he is to damn busy taking vacations to las vegas i payed him through paypal and i havent used it before filed a dispute on the transaction and he messaged me and told me he couldnt use the money to ship it with and i closed the dispute stupidly and now i am up to the point of calling paypal tomorrow and i am gonna speak with a manager and get my money back

95FbFormula purchased a throttle body from him and never recieved it. emailed like 8 times and after a week he said he would send it the next day and email me a tracking number and thats been another week and no tracking number and no throttle body
I paid him on Oct 16....Did not receive anything for a month and then it was not the part I paid for.
I paid $60 dollars for LS6 Valvesprings and retainers.
It has been 6 weeks....I still don't have them.

purchased one of his P/P Throttlebodies he had for sale in the LSX parts section. He communicated with me regular up until I sent payment. After that I waited a week with no reply of anything. sent a pm asking what was up. He replys a few days later saying it should arrive on SATURDAY he has a tracking number but it is at his shop in the work truck and he cannot get to it because he is snowed in.
His last log on was the 12th, I have not gotten any info and I searched his name up and this seems to be a trend with him more than a few people have not recieved parts from him.
I feel I have lost out on my money and he will probably never communicate with me again.
Even if I wind up getting my part this is POOR communications and selling at any rate

I have been dealing with this ****** for nearly a year. He has agreed to send me some items so I could fix the harness myself but as always with him, many months and many excuses pass and nothing ever shows up in the mailbox.
IF YOU'VE BEEN CHEATED BY THIS GUY, or NOT...
I am attacking this criminal on all fronts. So far I have a BBB complaint against him, AZ Attorney Generals complaint, Ebay complaint, PayPal complaint, Craigslist complaint and I'm trying to figure out how to have his business license suspended.
I did just come across a fun way to get at him. SSPWiring is a Sponsored Advertiser on Yahoo. Every time someone clicks on his sposored advertiser link he gets charged by Yahoo. It's not a lot but he will notice that suddenly his account charges are skyrocketing! Ooooh what fun!! We can all join in on this one even if you don't want to get in on the mass complaints filed against him legally. (If you do want in on the legal stuff please PM me.)
Do a search on Yahoo for "LS1 Economy Wiring Harness New". It must be in quotes. In the beige block at the bottom of the page are the Sponsored Results. Click on the link for his web address (sspwiring)and you should get a warm-fuzzy feeling of revenge. Not everyone will get the feeling but everyone can charge this A**hole's credit card automatically to send a message to this liar, cheater, criminal.

Owes me $10 from a fuel pump. He wanted it next day air and I told him I would split shipping with him. He said he would send me positive feedback and my $10 after he received the part. Like an idiot I trusted him and he never sent it. Its only $10 but its just he principal that he can't be trusted.

I payed and got one useless part and another in junk condition.

Bought some lifters off this dead beat for $85. Took him forever to ship. My old lifters are pictured below the "new" lifters he sent me. As you can plainly see, the lifters are not new. They all have flat spots on the roller.
Tried contacting him, and he ignored my emails and pm's. Im not the first person he has done this to.

3. Chris Woodcox did a terrible job packaging it and it was destroyed (allegedly) in shipping. He refused to refund the part or communicate. I opened a UPS claim and they determined that the damage was due to the shipper's negligent packaging. Chris Woodcox still refuses to send me back the $500 I payed for the converter despite knowing that the damage was his fault. And UPS sent him back the broken TC after the inspection. He now ignores all my PM's/Calls/Texts/Visitor Messages/Posts thinking Im going to forget about it. Im down the $500 without even a broken TC to show for it.

3: Didnt ship until a month after payment was received. Center console was damaged in shipping due to poor packing as well as the clutch is ruined because it got grease on it during shipping. Seller kept telling me he was looking for a suitable replacement console. It has been over 2 months and I still have no center console, a ruined clutch and he is ignoring my private messages.

tire kicked my WS6 Formula in the FS section, numerous PM's, texts, phone calls ect, did not have the money to purchase
I put the car on eBay and he was the high bidder, deposit was not sent, non paying bidder filed, cost me several real sales and held up my sale by a couple weeks
eventually got the car sold and my seller fees back but this broke a$$ managed to jam a wedge into my potential sales for weeks.................

Put an add up for brand new caddy lifters but sent me stock lifters what were used and had metal shavings in them. I opened up a claim on him and he left negative feedback on me and said i was trying to screw him. He is a liar and should not be trusted.
I paid $450 on October 26, 2010 for his used Hooker Supercomp LT's and ORY. Prior to the transaction, I spoke to Dave through PM's for a couple weeks. He seemed like a good guy and legitimate. He even has a post in the for sale forums:

Prior to the transaction, he would always reply to my PM's within a couple hours. Since the transaction, he has only replied to me ONCE and that was on Facebook after I found him on there and send him a message asking him where my parts were because he was not replying to my LS1Tech Pm's and e-mails. I continue to send him messages on LS1Tech and Facebook with no replys.

He just tried to sell me his broken Fast 92 mm said " you will be very happy with it" I sent him 650$ around 4pm today and I was like meh maybe I should look into his profile.
Well I was horrified to see your post so I called Paypal and explained to them that when I reciver it ,its already gonna be broken since I looked at an old thread of him trying to fix it
. So Paypal froze his account and explained to him that I do not want it and not to ship it.
My question why are people still on this site with a bad track record like this ?
Who's in charge of banning someone because I would like to speak to them.
I just spent about 30k to get my zo6 and I've worked pretty hard for a long time for it and now when I wanna mod it some 19 year old is trying to beat me for $650 like seriously.....
Sweet Jesus I don't think I want to buy off of these boards again. So, if I buy something on here and it either doesn't show up or arrives busted, what're the odds of Paypal taking my side? Is it difficult to prove your case?
