Default Got a funny feeling about this one... signdude

Joined in Feb 2015 and had 3 posts until today (thread below), and then he took 30 minutes to post 48 very brief replies to threads as old as 2001. As soon as his post count hit 50, 3 new for sale ads showed up.

Thread started after joining in Feb asking what his car will run, with posts this morning and edited a few hours later:

https://ls1tech.com/forums/drag-raci...t-will-go.html

New for sale ads-

1999 Camaro for sale: modded (looks like the performance trans rebuild, and aftermarket transmission cooler were added sometime between then and now)

https://ls1tech.com/forums/vehicle-c...-z28-auto.html

NX kit that was installed but 'never' used -
https://ls1tech.com/forums/parts-cla...nc200-box.html

Drag radials used for maybe 10 miles -

https://ls1tech.com/forums/parts-cla...g-radials.html

The NX kit and the DR's might be good but watch out for that car....

I was looking in the Special Edition Vehicle section when I noticed the SLP 345hp SS thread... then noticed that he asked for pics from a thread that was last updated in 2007. I looked at his profile and noticed all the new threads.

The phone number comes back as the Kalamazoo Michigan area
Looks like he figured out a way to beat the system but the ads kinda look legit...

This has been cleaned up, old thread bumps have been removed as well as the parts classifieds ads that were posted immediately after.

We do not have any post count/membership time rules for use of the vehicle classifieds section, only parts classifieds have this provision, as these sorts of transactions are usually intended to be in-person and involve a title, and thus scamming is less of an issue.

Building post count in this way is in fact a violation of site rules, and if this (or any) member is found doing it again they will be permabanned from the site, as outlined in the US&R section FAQs.

Thanks,
-TECH Staff.
