I went to my bank after saw this thread and still Gave a week over when he said I'd get turbo.i told him when he texted me today send it I'll pay give you little extra if misunderstanding. Then he said I was a scammed gave money took it back.

I just issued a 24 hour warning to him to make things right with all the people he is scamming or he is gone. One bad deal is one thing between a buyer and seller and we try to stay neutral on **** like that, but there are now multiple threads on the matter with this clown.

Moderators reading this do something. This guy has had multiple restaurants deliver food to my house. Since he had my address due to shipping. Has a Facebook account now also which he has hit me up on . And other people on this site pm me saying they also payed for turbo. I got my money back. And now he's saying I scammed him. But when I asked if he did send it? His reply is you gotta send money back. I gave guy 1 and half weeks and that's after this thread started.

Just an update for everyone, I've talked to one lawyer friend of mine, will be calling another who is a Vermont State attorney to run it by him. But as of now, it looks like there's potential for criminal intent charges, as well as Federal Mail fraud and Federal scam/theft charges.
The fact that the dealings were across state lines escalate them to federal offenses. I encourage anyone else who has received similar voicemails or calls to go to your local authorities and get it on record in case you would like to pursue such avenues in case his feeble scam efforts continue.
