Received this PM from a user who just joined and has his profile set to not accept PM's which is a scammer tactic.

A quick google search showed he is a known scammer and scumbag.

always use paypal with a credit card and never send as a gift for purchases. its against paypal policies and they will leave you hangin if you have a problem. if the seller requests it, they might be either ignorant or that policy or trying to pull one over.
