So last year I sent birdman 1585 a money order for some heads. He cashed the money order but never shipped the heads. As soon as he cashed the M/O he hasnt responded to any of the PMs I sent to him. I was looking through some old PMs and clicked on his profile and it says he was active as of yesterday. Can anyone look up his IP or anything? I called the Brownsville police department, and they were unwilling to do anything for me. Useless lazy bastards.

Thats him. Ive tried the fbi online fraud page, but they never got back to me. The Brownsville police have their heads up their collective asses. My police dept say theyre not responsible cause the M/O was cashed in TX. Im out of ways to try and get this guy to cough up the goods. Its only a couple hundred bucks, so i keep putting it off to the back burner...

i posted a thread on mail fraud in this section,copy and paste that thread to any e-mail or pm you send him,letting him know he committed a felony by not sending you the items you paid for.
