WS600rr I sent this user a payment for a valentine 1 he was selling in the parts section. I paid immediately on the 8th and he informed me he would ship it on the 9th. I have yet to receive the valentine 1, even though he assured me it was in the mail via USPS parcel service. I have sent several private messages and he is now no longer answering them even though I see that he has logged on each day and just disregarded them. I sent 370 through paypal. If admins have any advice as to how to proceed from here in order to regain my lost money I would appreciate it!

Be prepared to wait a while even when he does ship if by USPS Parcel - that is the absolute slowest & cheapest method of shipment. You're looking at probably at least a week to 12 days.
If he is too cheap to spend the xtra couple $$ to send such a small package by Priority - tell him to keep his crap...
