Default Got ripped off by dab2pds

Im having a hard time getting a hold of this guy. I traded my 99 TA for his 05 GSXR1000 now the guy wont give me the title to the bike,what could i do?

file a police report, call a lawyer and get legal advice.

personally, i would be dieing to beat the ever living **** out of him.

Trust me i have thought of going to his house and kicking his *** but that still wont get resolve my problem.What sort of police report? like iit was stolen?

Is he in state our out of state? How did the trade take place? Why did you accept the bike without the title? You could file for a lost title... assuming that you have a bill of sale.

He is out of state.We were going too exchange titles at a later date.Now i just cant get a hold off him...

if he owes money on it you will have a problem. If the bank wants it and you go trying to get a title they will find it and come get it.

This was such a bad idea its not even funny. Do you still have the title to your car (please say yes, please say yes) ? If you do, you need to contact a lawyer about how to get your car back as I think that you may be getting one big shaft here. Is there any kind of written agreement on this swap?

Yes of course i still have the title to my car,Problem is he can still strip it.I also got a written agreement from him,with all his info even his SS.
