Default zMAX worth it?

i have seen commercials about this zMAX fuel formula and engine formula. it says that it ( from off the box)
1. increase gas mileage
2. extends engine life
3.reduces emissions
4.disperses carbon
5. restores power.
That all sounds great but i have read some reviews that say it doesn't work, and it's a waste of money, and speeds up corrosion. ( thats for the engine formula that you put in your oil, havn't read any reviews on the fuel formula) and i was wondering if anyone has used this zmax stuff in their LS1 or any other car.

not worth it..there have been some negative studies and lawsuits that have followed.

I am on with Lucas these days. Those 2 wheels at the counter of every parts store for the oil stabilizer sold me Im putting it in my oil and in my tranny. Its is designed to make the oil stick to the parts to stay better lubricated or so they say and the display shows. Which makes perfect sense the honey to the pot. I used the synthetic in with the Mobil 1 I usually use. Supposed to be really good for cold starts as well.

Its the official oils of the NHRA which is a big plus in my opinion. I think they make quality products. **** is not cheap though 12 bucks for a quart every oil change.

zmax is garbage, actually reduces the effectiveness of your oil...just dump water in your engine and save you money if you feel the need (sarcasm...do not put water in your engine)

lucas makes good stuff (fuel treatment for example) but I would never run their oil treatment, it causes foaming in the oil

buy good oil and a good filter and ignore any gimmicks that get thrown your way

Official goop of whoever, just means somebody paid
a bribe. That means you, in the end. Trickle down
the leg economics.

I have used a lot of the "Greased Lightning" teflon
goop, it makes me feel all happy inside. But science,
I got none. My motor did spin easier on cranking after
than before, though.

"Good enough" sits off all by itself and doesn't bullshit
you. It's the "Improves Every Damn Thing" that's
your hoax clue.
