no fans after ac removal

no fans after ac removal I just removed the ac from my 98 z28, so i got everything put back together and took it for a drive. I noticed that it started to get a little warm so i pulled it over to check everything. I notice that the fan is not running so i check the connections the connector to the fan is plugged in. I dont think I really disconnected anything that would cause the fans not to come on. Any ideas on what would cause this?

ok so i got the fans working by messing with all the connections. not sure what was wrong but its fixed now. but i did notice that the fans dont turn on until about 210-220. before i removed the ac it used to run about 180-190. what was cause a temp. jump like this?
