Default How to remove the heater hose lines

I'm trying to remove my heater hose lines. I have popped them off how every I cannot seem to find a way to snake them out. The are so tight in there. They hit a pcv fitting on the header. Any ideas?? Thanks in advance.

did u remove the hex head from the bracket that mounts the heater hoses from the frame?

Lol of course I did. I was able to "massage" them out thanks.
