Im not sure what I want to do to it yet. I have been thinking about some new exaust. 5% Tint, System, I dont know much about cars, but anything that makes it faster, although it freaking hauls ***. I havent timed it or anything, but it runs damn good and sounds good. Id appreciate in advice on what to do to it.

Damn that is a nice budget! sounds like you got a pretty good deal too.
if i were you id just get started right and get a built rearend, build tranny and full suspension, then do the motor. you can easily do that for under 10k

my recommendations are as follows:
headers then intake, heads and cam at once (it'll cost less for gaskets and time for you) and then just set aside money for the rear end that will eventually break and look into a converter to match cam also set aside money for the transmission cooler and an eventual transmission rebuild if you are hard on it. Usually if you do all the work you can be completely happy spending around 7ish depending on parts you want and and that includes the rear end. My way rear end installed 1900 everyone elses 2700. You dont really ever use ABS and I dont care about traction control so forget it. I think for 2400 you can get the cam of your choice and a decent set of headsand for 3.5 you can have AFRs. Not necessary in my opinion.

some good advice here for go fast mods..
for system, i would do 2 10's in stealth boxes and amped 6.5's in the mids and doors. the hatch in these cars makes subs sound so much better, it's ridiculous. these cars are awesome audio performers. and hell, 100lbs or so of dynomatt wont hurt your performance too bad and will make it sound so much better inside.

Hey, Update for my car!
I crashed back in December
ran it up on a center median. Busted two wheels and broke the rack, barely made it home lol, but I got that all fixed and tint done a while back. Got some Vette wheels and some Nitto Drag tires. Added an HO Exaust and just got the Cats chopped off the other day havent started on the system or power mods yet. Mechanic test drove and said it certainly is not stock as far as performance goes and he thought it might have an after market cam or maybe rockers. Kinda funny, Ive always thought it was....also ive been thinking about running some 99 octane air craft fuel with lead in it. From the airport, any advice on this? only 3.50 a gallon...

I'm not sure why you would want to run 99 octane fuel. This would be good for an old high compression BBC but I don't see any performance improvements for your car. Last time I used aircraft fuel (in a high compression BBC) it had lead in it - probably not a good thing for a Gen IV application.
