Call Cam Motion, Brian Tooley, Texas Speed and Performance, or Tick Performance. There are many others.
Tell them EVERYTHING about your car and any one of them will give you a solid recommendation for a cam.

Like mentioned above, call one of the cam companies, as they will get into far greater detail. What's best to me is not best to someone else maybe

Another area of improvement would be better heads. Either get the 241's CNC ported, or get a set of 243/799 heads and either use them as-is or get them CNC ported. These and a good cam will give you a healthy boost in power.
Also, an LS6 intake manifold, either OEM or Dorman, would be a real asset to your engine
