Default LQ9 price?

hey guys, i had a buddy tell me he will be recieving a lq9 longblock with under 30,xxx. what would be a good price to start with?

I paid 3000$ for complete used motor LQ9 block with shipping.

I bought a 03 w/ ~57k mi LQ9 longblock for $1200. I'd probably ask $1500, and be willing to take offers.

too bad he is talking about a complete motor. which is a bit on the high side, but still fair. now for a long block, thats way too much.

yeh i bought an lq4 for around 850. the difference between the lq4 and 9 isnt that drastic so the price shouldnt be either.

deff 1200 sounds to be spot on.

You think adding a few accessories and a pan to that would still justify 3k?

idk what your smoking. 3k for a complete LQ9 with shipping is a good price. I'm guessing you have never priced shipping for a complete engine. Go back to sleep.
