EGR Mod?

Ok, I have seen this mod, but im not quite sure what it does and how it works.

for what its worth your better off just getting an ls6 intake and !egr.

True BUT this is $400 cheaper.

true but the ls6 intake gives more power as well as !egr and you can pick up a used ls6 intake for under 300.
