Default Intake Valley Dimensions

So I'm buying an LS1 from my cousin's friend and we're pulling it out Sunday. It's coming out of his 02 Z28 which, from what I understand, already has the trans removed. So I figured it'd be easier to pull the motor out of the top since we don't have a lift, but I am cheap and don't want to buy a $60 lift plate when I could probably make one for a fraction of the price...
Anyone know the dimensions of the plate and bolt hole spacing or have one that they can measure? Also, what size bolts will I need if I don't use the ones from the intake?

You could just use a chain and bolts in the front and back of the block and pull it out that way. Would be easier than building a plate. You can do this with the heads on or off.
