Default Hand-me-downs

I own an '06 GTO and a '00 WS6. I've modded the Goat heavily thus far, and expect to change out the heads and intake next year. My current plan is to take the LS2 heads (with upgraded springs) and manifold and put them on the T/A. Additionally, I have a 224/224 112 comp cam I bought that will be installed along with them.

About what kind of power can I expect to see with these changeouts on the dyno, and what would be the best mod to look into next? Also, would the GTO's X-pipe work on the T/A, and if so, would it even be worthwhile to use it?

Note: only current performance mod is a K&N FIPK. Also, the T/A is a 4-speed automatic.

I would get a Yank 3600 stall for the T/A and some drag radials.

Not really interested in a stall...it's kinda my daily driver in the summer and I don't know if that's gonna be good for a regular driving experience. Drag radials, however, would be a welcome change from the all-weathers on a nice summer day...or at least some super-high performance summers.

you would be perfectly fine with a 3200-3600 stall in a daily driver and it will definetly help with the cam. I had a Vig 3600 stall in my SS and it was my daily, if it werent for the 4.10s gas muileage wouldnt have been affected much. Id do 3.73s if I were you.

If you don't want a converter, don't do a cam. Not even a 224 cam.

You will hardly notice a 3200 (way too small IMO although) but it would let you run a decent cam and give you a nice increase.
