Chances are the gaskets that come with the kit are junk, they were with my pacesetters. The coolest part about the LS1 is the fact that the stock manifold gaskets are metal so depending on the condition of the stock ones, you can reuse them. If not, you can always make a trip to NAPA and pick up some OEMs. Good luck with the install, and keep us posted on your mods!

You should delete both of your rear O2's anyways so don't waste your money on a new sensor. Either get some sims or get them tuned out.

How would you go about deleting the rear O2's?

Well got the headers put on they still had a small fitment issue but nothing major.... The other cheap headers were thrashed the previous owner beat the tube that was hittin the kmember it was really bad... Ended up having to change out my Taylor wires that are six month old they were cracked almost looked dry rotted.... but on the other hand it actually feels a little more responsive and no more rattling...

You have 4; Bank 1 Sensor 2 is the rear driver's side O2 sensor...

I'd replace them all instead of just one, unless it's something like the wire melted and got grounded.

I actually got it wrong it was actually bank 2 sensor 1 and when I replaced the headers i found out that the rear O2's have already been deleted.... The o2 thats bad is because i bottom'd out and it crushed the wires just going to replace it...

O2's aren't cheap, why replace them if you don't need to?

I was surprised you reported it was the rear sensor, it's usually the front one that gets all nasty first. So that's the sensor in front of the cat on the passenger side.

...I guess cheap is in the eye of the beholder. I don't think they're that expensive, and if one was so nasty it was failing, the other can't be far behind; like cats...

13111 Bosch from autozone. part number is for a vette, but only difference are wires are longer which helps due to long tube headers and are higher heat range so that will help as well cause of headers create more heat...
