5.3 swap hey guys I am about to start a new project soon.
I wanted to find out if a ls1 motor mount will fit to a 5.3 engine.
I recently found a company (www.sikky.com) that sells these swaps for a 240sx, but not sure if the engine and tranny mount will fit. they also have a one piece drive shaft with the assembly but it is also for a LS motor. Has any one got any answers? thanks alot

For the most part the 5.3L engine and the LS1 are the same besides little things like displacement, intake manifolds, water pumps, ect. The mounts will be the same and so will the tranny mounts and drive shaft. Dimensionally the 5.3 and 5.7 blocks are the same.
